This policy explains how DVMK Property Pty Ltd (ABN 23 701 657 525), trading as Kinoro Property ("we", "us"), collects, uses, stores and discloses your personal information.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer you and to do the work you engage us for.
- When you contact us or request a document — your name, email address and anything else you choose to tell us. This applies to the enquiry form, the fee schedule request, the sample report request and The Watchlist newsletter.
- When you book a strategy call — the details you give Calendly, including your name, email address and any notes you add.
- When you become a client — the financial and identity information required to act for you, which may include borrowing capacity, income, existing property holdings and identification documents.
- Automatically, when you visit — your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and how you arrived. This is collected through Google Analytics 4, the Meta pixel and Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised session replays so we can see where the site is confusing.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and send you the documents you asked for.
- To provide buyer's agency services if you engage us.
- To send you The Watchlist if you subscribed, and occasional follow-up about a document you requested. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To meet our legal, licensing and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with sellers, selling agents or developers.
Who we share it with
We use third-party services that store data on our behalf. Each holds your information under its own privacy terms, and some store data outside Australia:
- HubSpot — enquiry forms, document requests and email.
- Calendly — call bookings.
- Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity — site analytics and session replay.
- Meta — advertising measurement.
- Where you engage us, professionals we coordinate with at your direction, such as your broker, conveyancer or building inspector.
Cookies
The site uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete them in your browser settings; the site works without them, though some measurement will be incomplete.
How we hold it
Your information is held in the systems listed above under access controls and passwords. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep client records for as long as required by our licensing and taxation obligations, and delete marketing contacts on request.
Accessing, correcting or deleting your information
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@kinoroproperty.com.au and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to us first, and then to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
